Key Responsibilities: Create short-form video content (Reels) that aligns with our brand and drives engagement. Research and implement organic growth strategies tailored to Instagram and Facebook. Stay updated with trends, hooks, audio, and content formats that perform well. Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall goals. Analyze performance data to refine content and improve reach organically. Requirements: Minimum of 6 months of experience in creating Reels or similar short-form videos. Proven understanding of organic reach and engagement tactics. Skilled in video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, VN). Strong creative instincts and an eye for visual storytelling.
