What You'll Do As an HR Recruiter at Zepcruit, youll be at the core of our hiring engine, helping both internal teams and external partners find the right talent efficiently and impactfully. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles (tech, sales, ops, etc.) Use Zepcruits platform and tools to source, screen, and shortlist candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and close their positions faster Maintain and track candidate data and pipelines Schedule interviews, provide timely feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs Share insights on process improvements and be the voice of the recruiter in product feedback What We're Looking For 13 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) Experience hiring for tech and non-tech roles Hands-on with Job boards, ATS, Excel, and/or recruitment automation tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for startups, technology, and hiring right A go-getter mindset with high ownership Why Join Zepcruit Work with a visionary team building something truly disruptive Ownership and freedom to try new things Flat structure, fast decision-making, no red tape You'll actually help companies hire better and job seekers get placed faster,
