Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, utilizing various sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates, managing the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, conducting thorough interviews, facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new hires, and building strong relationships with potential candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment agencies. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the manufacturing or healthcare sector. You should also possess strong knowledge of sourcing methods, proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects under tight deadlines.
