Job Description
- Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
- Engage with passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with client's hiring managers and team members.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
- Provide regular reports to management on recruitment progress and key performance indicators.
- Stay updated with the latest recruiting trends and best practices.
- Propose and implement process improvements to streamline the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications effectively and objectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- A results-oriented approach with a focus on meeting recruitment targets.
- High level of adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
