-Heading PAN India drivers hiring team
-Recruitment of blue-collar employees drivers for Lithium
- Establish best-in-class practices for hiring Service Providers (Drivers) across Lithium.
- Lead sourcing and hiring initiatives by providing functional expertise to the recruitment team
- Ensure positions are filled up within the defined timeline
-Maintaining the cost of hire
