Job Description

Client Management: Liaise with clients to understand their project requirements. Ensure timely and accurate deployment of manpower to client sites. Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly. Operations & Coordination: Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations related to manpower deployment. Coordinate with HRM / recruitment teams to ensure availability of skilled workers. Track attendance, performance, and productivity of deployed staff. Team Management: Manage field coordinators, supervisors, and administrative staff. Provide leadership, training, and support to the operations team. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to labour laws, visa regulations, and client-specific compliance requirements. Maintain all records of employees , contracts, and client communications. Logistics & Scheduling: Plan transportation, accommodation, and shift schedules for workers.
