Job Description

As the Supply Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies focused on sourcing, hiring, and retaining blue-collar gig workers in Tier-2, Tier-3, and Tier-4 cities. This role requires you to develop innovative workforce pipelines, oversee a recruitment team, and establish relationships with local stakeholders and recruitment partners to achieve organizational hiring goals. Your key responsibilities include: - Designing and implementing sourcing pipelines tailored to hiring blue-collar gig workers in Tier-2, Tier-3, and Tier-4 cities. You will be expected to explore new channels to attract qualified candidates through traditional and digital platforms. - Leading, mentoring, and managing a recruitment team to efficiently achieve hiring targets. Providing guidance to enhance performance, ensure process adherence, and improve candidate quality. - Tracking, analyzing, and reporting recruitment progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies. Using data-driven insights to optimize recruitment efforts and align them with organizational goals. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with local stakeholders, recruitment partners, training agencies, and community organizations to enhance recruitment efforts and ensure a consistent talent pipeline. - Strategizing and executing comprehensive recruitment plans to meet short-term and long-term hiring goals. Overseeing all recruitment activities from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retention. - Evaluating the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, making data-backed recommendations for improvements, and staying updated on industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies. Desired Experience: - 5+ years of experience in recruitment, workforce management, or related fields, with a focus on blue-collar or gig worker hiring. - Proven experience in creating and executing recruitment strategies for Tier-2, Tier-3, and Tier-4 cities. - Strong leadership and team management skills to drive results. - Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making. - Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities with local recruitment partners and stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple hiring initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.,
