Working Days- 6 Location- Sitapura, Jaipur Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. Forecast hiring needs and create proactive talent pipelines. Manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Talent Acquisition & Hiring: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Utilize various hiring channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals). Build and maintain a talent pool for critical roles. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Stakeholder & Team Management: Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements. Work closely with HR Business Partners on workforce planning and internal mobility. Process Improvement & Compliance: Implement best practices for recruitment, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire). Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during hiring. Data Management: Analyze hiring trends and prepare reports for management review. Key Skills & Competencies: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent with minimum 8-10 years of experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition.
