Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Recruitment Specialist with a strong understanding of the recruitment process, especially for candidates in the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and recruiting for a variety of sectors, including Medical, Construction, Engineering, Blue-Collar, Airline Staff, Hotel, and Hospitality industries. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to final placement, while working independently and managing a team of recruiters. You will need to have expertise in handling a wide range of positions and industries and be able to navigate the unique demands of recruiting for the Middle East. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various sectors, including Medical, Construction, Engineering, Blue-Collar, Airline Staff, and Hospitality. Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, ensuring the best fit for each role. Work independently and lead a team of recruiters to meet staffing goals. Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the Middle East region. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and recruitment regulations specific to the Middle East. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Stay up to date with recruitment trends and best practices, particularly in the Middle East. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years experience in recruitment, with a focus on the Middle East region. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices in the Middle East. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with labor laws and recruitment regulations in Middle Eastern countries. Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi, Tamil & Arabic is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
