Job Title: Recruitment & Finance Operations - Intern Location: Pune (In-person) Duration: 6 to 12 months Eligibility: MBA students / recent graduates (Finance / Marketing / Operations) Employment Type: Internship About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Intern to join our team in Pune, supporting both Recruitment and Finance Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for MBA students with a specialization in Finance, Marketing, or Operations to gain practical, hands-on experience in the corporate world. You will work closely with the HR and Finance teams to streamline processes and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Operations: Assist in the entire recruitment cycle from job postings to candidate onboarding. Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases. Assist in drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation. Support campus hiring and internship drives. Finance Operations: Support in the preparation and reconciliation of financial records and reports. Help maintain accurate records of budgets, expenditures, and other financial data. Work closely with cross-functional teams for operational and financial alignment. Skills & Qualifications: MBA pursuing or completed (specialization in Finance / Marketing / Operations). Strong interest in HR recruitment processes and financial operations. Good command over MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude.
