Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position in Delhi should hold an MBA degree and possess 2 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition. Key Result Areas include: - Talent Staffing: Focus on reducing Turnaround Time (TAT) and cost per hire. Arrange for recruitment feedback from candidates and hiring managers. - Quality of Hire: Aim to reduce new hire attrition and improve new hire performance. - Adherence to Processes: Ensure 100% adherence to Group guidelines and SOPs, including Assessment Tests, Reference checks, On-boarding process, and Background Verification process. - On-boarding: Enhance the on-boarding experience for new employees by improving pre-joining formalities and implementing Project WOW in the organization. - Special Projects: Work on automation and enhancement of Referral Management, follow group guidelines to drive referrals, improve Portal management efficiency to reduce recruitment costs, and enhance hiring through Social Media channels.,
