Job Description

BPO Recruitment Executive 

Exp : 1-3 Years

Work Location : Bangalore 

Work From Office only 

Working hours : 9 A.M - 6.30 P.M 

We are looking for immediate joiners who can join us immediately. we are looking for candidates based out of Bangalore. 

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven BPO Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bulk/volume hiring for international voice processes (US), with a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing channels, and screening techniques tailored for high-paced environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for international voice process roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Drive volume hiring targets in a high-pressure, fast-paced BPO environment.

  • Use various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, campus hiring, etc.) to build a strong candidate pipeline.

  • Conduct pre-screening and initial HR rounds to assess candidate communication skills and fit for international voice roles.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers and operations to understand requirements and fulfill headcount within TAT (Turnaround Time).

  • Maintain and update daily/weekly hiring trackers and dashboards.

  • Plan and execute walk-in drives, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns to meet mass hiring needs.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Stay updated with market trends in BPO hiring and competitor activities.


Key Requirements:

  • 15 years of experience in BPO recruitment, specifically volume hiring for international voice process.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office.

  • Flexible to work in different shifts based on hiring geography (US/UK/AUS).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience hiring for US voice process roles.

  • Knowledge of BGV (background verification) and onboarding procedures.

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
