? Job Role Summary:


A Senior Recruitment Specialist (Team Lead) is responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment activities of a team, ensuring hiring targets are met efficiently and with quality candidates. This role combines hands-on recruiting with leadership responsibilities, driving sourcing strategies, mentoring junior recruiters, and coordinating with department heads and senior management.



? Key Responsibilities:


? 1. Team Management & Leadership


Lead and guide a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals.


Allocate job requisitions among team members.


Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to recruiters.


Conduct team meetings and track daily/weekly progress.



? 2. Recruitment Strategy & Planning


Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.


Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.


Ensure alignment of hiring plans with organizational goals.



? 3. End-to-End Recruitment


Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for senior-level or niche roles.


Conduct interviews and assist in final selections when required.


Manage candidate pipeline for critical or hard-to-fill roles.



? 4. Coordination & Communication


Work closely with HR, business heads, and department managers.


Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and offer roll-outs.


Ensure timely communication with stakeholders and candidates.



? 5. Reporting & Analytics


Maintain recruitment dashboards and metrics.


Analyze team performance, time-to-hire, and hiring quality.


Provide regular hiring status reports to management.



? 6. Process Improvement


Identify gaps in the recruitment process and suggest improvements.


Implement best practices and streamline workflows.


Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance in hiring.



? 7. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience


Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and hiring events.


Support employer branding initiatives across platforms.
