About the role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager/Recruiter for our University Recruiting team in India. We're looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to lead our university recruitment efforts. In this role, you'll develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, foster strong relationships with academic institutions, and ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates. Additionally, you'll manage the intern program once candidates are onboarded. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you. What you will do: Program Management: Develop and implement university recruiting programs and initiatives aligned with the companys talent acquisition strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans. Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of university recruiting efforts and adjust strategies as needed. Organize and coordinate campus engagement activities, including career fairs, workshops, and information sessions. Build and maintain relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations to enhance visibility and outreach. Communication and Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies. Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on the recruitment process. Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys presence in the university space. Stay updated on industry trends, university recruitment practices, and competitor strategies. Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve the recruitment process. What you will need Minimum 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on university recruiting or campus engagement. Strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and university recruitment practices. Must have hands on knowledge and understanding of university hiring cycle and important dates (Day 0,1) for shortlisted colleges Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
