You have a proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter and/or Non-Technical Recruiter, preferably in the APAC market, specifically Malaysia and Singapore. You are proficient in using various job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment software to source and manage candidates. You have expertise in headhunting, passive candidate sourcing, and social media recruitment. Additionally, you have experience in handling contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire positions. You possess a strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies such as software development, IT infrastructure, and cloud computing. You are also familiar with non-technical recruitment in domains like Language hiring, sales, marketing, human resources, and operations.
