Job Description

As a Recruiting Intern at AccuData Analytics Pvt Ltd, you will have the opportunity to support our recruitment and onboarding processes on a part-time, remote basis. You will play a key role in coordinating interviews, maintaining communication with candidates, supporting hiring strategies, and assisting in training and onboarding of new hires. Your commitment of 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, will contribute to the success of our team. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in screening and scheduling interviews - Communicate professionally and courteously with candidates - Support the recruitment strategy and maintain candidate databases - Help coordinate onboarding activities - Assist in conducting orientation or training sessions for new hires Qualifications: - Must be a graduate or a final-year college student - Based in Delhi NCR - Must have a professional command over English and possess pleasant, friendly communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and manage remote tasks effectively - Prior experience in interviewing or conducting training sessions is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory If you are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you!
