Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a HR Recruiter at Hindustan Recruitment. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, managing job postings, coordinating with hiring managers to understand their needs. Additionally, the Recruiter will be involved in negotiating job offers, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 15 days probation period with 2 closures Target based plus incentives Salary upto 20k Monthly 10 targets Minimum 6 months experience Qualifications: Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing skills Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills Experience in conducting interviews and candidate assessments knowledge of employment laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
