As a recruiter at Stripe, you will play a crucial role in growing and scaling our Business & Core teams in the APAC region. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, developing hiring strategies, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies to meet headcount goals. Additionally, you will work closely with recruiting analytics to provide accurate reporting on hiring progress and build cross-functional partnerships to scale hiring efforts across the organization. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 12 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a preference for in-house recruitment experience. You should be adept at partnering with hiring teams, navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrating a high level of autonomy and responsibility. Your ability to attract passive candidates, build diverse pipelines, and leverage data-driven insights for problem-solving will be key to your success. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for influencing stakeholders internally and externally.
