Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter (IT/Non-IT) at TalentXplore. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including IT recruitment, technical recruiting, hiring, and general recruiting tasks. The day-to-day tasks will involve sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill open positions. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining accurate candidate records and providing feedback to candidates.
