Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify potential clients across a range of industries and onboard them with confidence

  • Build long-term client relationships through calls, meetings, and solution-oriented presentations

  • Understand individual client requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly

  • Achieve and surpass monthly or quarterly business development targets

Recruitment

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle across diverse industries and job profiles

  • Utilize platforms like job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals to source high-quality candidates

  • Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate alignment with client requirements

  • Coordinate interviews and follow up on client feedback

  • Maintain organized candidate pipelines and databases for efficient hiring

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA or specialization in HR is a strong advantage

  • 13 years of experience in recruitment, business development, or B2B sales

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, recruitment tools, and Excel
