Key Responsibilities
Business Development

Identify potential clients across a range of industries and onboard them with confidence

Build long-term client relationships through calls, meetings, and solution-oriented presentations

Understand individual client requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly

Achieve and surpass monthly or quarterly business development targets
Recruitment

Lead the full recruitment cycle across diverse industries and job profiles

Utilize platforms like job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals to source high-quality candidates

Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate alignment with client requirements

Coordinate interviews and follow up on client feedback

Maintain organized candidate pipelines and databases for efficient hiring
Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline; MBA or specialization in HR is a strong advantage

13 years of experience in recruitment, business development, or B2B sales

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Familiarity with CRM systems, recruitment tools, and Excel
