Job Description
As an HR recruiter, you will be responsible for creating recruitment plans to attract top talent by determining the best recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events. You will actively source qualified candidates through online databases, professional networks, and social media platforms. Your role will involve managing the entire recruitment process, from initial contact with candidates to their onboarding. You will review resumes and applications meticulously to identify individuals who meet the job requirements. Conducting interviews, whether via phone, video, or in-person, will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities to assess candidates" skills, experience, and cultural fit. Additionally, you will coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient process. In some cases, you may also need to administer assessments to evaluate candidates" skills and aptitudes.
