Job Description For Recruiter Experience - 2+ years of experience Role And Responsibilities Proactively source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct initial phone screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role and provide regular updates on the status of open positions. Manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating terms, and coordinating the onboarding process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed. Contribute to the company's employer branding efforts by promoting the organization's culture and values to potential candidates. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment roles. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
