You will be adept at interview scheduling to efficiently coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, your expertise in resume screening will be crucial in evaluating applicant qualifications against job requirements. You will leverage your strong talent acquisition skills to develop recruitment plans and execute effective sourcing activities. Conducting Boolean searches will enhance your sourcing strategies and improve candidate pipelines. Your proficiency in offer negotiation will ensure alignment between candidate expectations and organizational needs. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with different stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Being detail-oriented and organized, you will manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
