Title: Recruiter Job Description We are seeking a driven and passionate Recruiter to become a part of our team. The recruiter will help manage the entire hiring process for a variety of clients, from finding and screening applicants to matching them with suitable positions. For those who have recently graduated or have up to a year of experience in recruitment or a related subject, this entry-level role is suitable. The ideal candidate shall have strong communication skills and a desire to pick up new skills quickly in a fast- paced work environment. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: -Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. -Assist in building and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet current and future client needs. -Participate in candidate searches and identify potential matches for client openings. Candidate Screening: -Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. -Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for client requirements. -Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Qualifications - Gradutaion degree (BA, BBA etc), in a related field like human resources or business administration is a plus - Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment,
