Job Title: Recovery Agent Company Overview: Bijliride is a pioneering electric two-wheeler rental startup dedicated to delivering sustainable, convenient, and cost-effective transportation solutions. We provide electric two wheelers on rent to individuals and businesses. Route Planning and Execution: Coordinate with fellow agents and the operations manager to plan and optimize daily recovery routes. 3. Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.) Compliance: Adhere to the established Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.) and operate within the defined limits to handle recovery processes effectively. Ensure all actions taken are documented and reported in line with company policies. 4. On-Site Recovery Operations: Handle on-site interactions with professionalism to maintain customer relationships and the company's reputation. 5. Deadline Management: Report progress and any challenges faced to the manager in a timely manner.6. Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and manage interactions positively. Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even in difficult or high-pressure situations. Preferred Candidate Profile: Proven experience of 1 year in a similar role involving customer interaction and debt collection. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
