As the first point of contact, youll handle calls, welcome visitors, manage appointments, and support basic administrative tasks. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude are essential. Be part of a dynamic team driving global student success! Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner. Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Manage appointment scheduling and basic administrative tasks. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area. Assist with office coordination, including inventory management and document handling. Support daily administrative operations and liaise with vendors/service providers.
