Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk to manage front desk operations and accurately input data into our systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally.

Maintain visitor logs and issue badges when required.

Manage mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in databases and systems.

Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies.

Generate reports and perform basic data analysis as required.
