Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk to manage front desk operations and accurately input data into our systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally.

  • Maintain visitor logs and issue badges when required.

  • Manage mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

    • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in databases and systems.

    • Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies.

    • Generate reports and perform basic data analysis as required.

    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

    • Assist with filing and other clerical duties as assigned.

    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    • Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
