Job Description
As a Receptionist, you will provide administrative support, manage schedules,client calls, organise meetings and events, handling correspondence, and helping with various tasks to ensure the office is smooth. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with clients via email and phone, addressing inquiries and providing updates Provide administrative support to accountants and other team members Manage scheduling and calendar appointments Send financial documents and reports to the clients Assist with data entry Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security Required Qualification & Experience: BBA or B.Com.
