Job Description
Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in English.
Handle front-desk activities including couriers, incoming/outgoing mail, and visitor management.
Maintain the reception area in a neat and presentable manner.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and provide refreshments to guests.
Provide basic and accurate information in person or via phone/email.
Assist in administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and document management.
Handle incoming inquiries in English via email or phone.
Fluency in English is mandatory (both spoken and written).
