Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable

Handle inquiries in person, by phone, and via email

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (e.g., issuing visitor badges)

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and ordering supplies

Support other departments as needed
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
