Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Reception Management- Attending and keeping a record of all Outsiders, Routing the visitors to desired team members.
- Call Management- Attend all calls, resolve queries/route to the right person.
- Administrative Duties- Couriers, Vendor management, Maintaining Stationary, extension and other such lists.
- Support HR team in engagement activities and other documentation

Qualifications:
- Any Graduate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 1 year experience in reception handling.
