You are a Graduate/Postgraduate in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. As a Real Estate Specialist/Executive, you will be working closely with the Program Management Team to provide expert advice on real estate monetization strategies and actions. Your key responsibilities include advising on land and real estate valuation, managing feasibility studies, collaborating with financial experts on business plans and financial models, preparing transaction structures, and assisting in the preparation of various agreements such as Development Agreements, RERA documentation, Allotment Agreements, Sale/Lease Agreements, among others. Your role also involves supporting the implementation of real estate monetization plans in coordination with internal teams and external consultants, conducting market analysis, feasibility assessments, and best-use studies, coordinating land and asset valuation exercises, contributing to financial model and business plan preparation, and assisting in structuring real estate transactions. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating bid process management, liaising with real estate developers, consultants, and investors, and collaborating with legal consultants to draft and finalize agreements. Your proactive involvement in project promotion and partnership opportunities will be crucial for the successful execution of real estate projects.,
