About the Role: A reputed builder in Kochi is looking for an experienced and professional Real Estate Sales Manager to drive sales of flats and villas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong networking skills, and the ability to close deals effectively. Key Responsibilities: Generate and convert leads for flats and villa sales in Kochi. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential homebuyers, investors, and channel partners. Conduct site visits and provide clients with detailed property information. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams to drive promotional campaigns.
