Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct property site visits with prospective clients for plot sales.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, fieldwork, and digital platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable plots from the inventory.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep updated records of all sales, leads, and client interactions.
  • Provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with CRM and Documentation teams for seamless booking and paperwork.


Key Skills Required:


  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of the real estate industry and sales process.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork.
  • Self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market (preferred).
