Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property site visits with prospective clients for plot sales.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, fieldwork, and digital platforms.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable plots from the inventory.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep updated records of all sales, leads, and client interactions.
- Provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with CRM and Documentation teams for seamless booking and paperwork.
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of the real estate industry and sales process.
- Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork.
- Self-motivated and result oriented.
- Knowledge of local real estate market (preferred).
