The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your role will include providing expert advice, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional client service during property transactions. You will guide clients through property purchases and sales, cultivate relationships with clients and industry professionals, and create property listings and promotional materials. Additionally, you will coordinate property showings and open houses, offer advice on market conditions and prices, and ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in real estate sales or a related field, a strong understanding of the Gurgaon property market, and excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. You must also be capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships and possess a self-motivated, results-driven approach.
