Location: Ashar IT Park, Thane West

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate offerings
• Build rapport and engage customers with persuasive communication
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant property solutions
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality
• Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
• Basic computer literacy (CRM experience is a plus)
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Schedule:

• Salary :- 25,000 CTC
• Shift: Day shift
• Week Offs: Rotational
