Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Data Management & MIS Reporting: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Assist in preparing presentations and data visualizations for sales reviews and management meetings. Identify and rectify discrepancies in data to ensure reporting accuracy. Customer Follow-up & Support: Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers regarding inquiries, site visits, and proposal discussions. Assist the sales team in nurturing leads through consistent and professional communication (calls, emails, messages). Address customer queries and provide necessary information or direct them to the appropriate department. Maintain a detailed log of all customer interactions and follow-up activities. Escalate critical recovery cases to the sales manager for intervention. Administrative & Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales collateral, and managing documentation. Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing accurate and timely data insights. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., finance, legal, customer service) to ensure seamless sales operations. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
