As a Human Resource Manager at Reap Big, you will play a key role in shaping a growth-driven and collaborative work environment by overseeing recruitment, engagement, and compliance initiatives. Your responsibilities will include leading end-to-end recruitment processes, developing HR policies and systems, ensuring compliance with labour laws, driving employee engagement and performance initiatives, managing onboarding and training programs, and supporting leadership with people strategies as a culture champion. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of HR practices and labour laws, exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build a strong employer brand and foster great teams.
