Lodha Group Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Channel sales Manager at Lodha Group in Bengaluru. The Channel sales SM will be responsible for assisting CPs to work with lodha luxury apartments projects in bangalore. They will conduct market research, show properties, negotiate deals, and SM will provide excellent CP service spport. The Channel Sales Manager role at Lodha Group involves generating leads through channel partners and acquiring new channel partners . The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of consumer behavior and be passionate about sales . Some responsibilities of a Channel Sales Manager at Lodha Group include: - Conducting one-to-one feedback sessions with closing managers and sourcing managers - Participating in events, exhibitions, and road shows - Consistently identifying and qualifying leads in designated markets through B2B and B2C sales calls Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Master degree is must Experience in real estate sales is a plus,
