As a talented React.js Developer with expertise in Shopify Hydrogen, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-performance, scalable, and contemporary headless eCommerce storefronts. Your role will involve collaborating with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and eCommerce managers to ensure the delivery of exceptional shopping experiences for users. Your key responsibilities will include developing and sustaining custom headless storefronts utilizing Shopify Hydrogen and React.js. You will integrate various Shopify services such as Storefront API, Hydrogen, Oxygen, and Shopify Functions. Building dynamic, responsive, and accessible user interfaces, optimizing front-end components for performance and scalability, and working closely with design and backend teams to implement new features are essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be involved in debugging issues, conducting code reviews, and maintaining code quality. Ensuring cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and writing comprehensive documentation for components and integrations will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should possess at least 3 years of experience in React.js development and a minimum of 1 year of experience with Shopify Hydrogen. A strong grasp of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, along with familiarity with GraphQL, especially Shopify Storefront API, is required. Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar modern styling frameworks, an understanding of headless commerce architecture, and proficiency in Git and CI/CD pipelines are also necessary. Moreover, your ability to write clean, modular, and reusable code, experience with server-side rendering (SSR) in React (Hydrogen SSR or Next.js), and familiarity with Shopify Liquid are valued skills. Nice-to-have skills include experience with Shopify Oxygen deployment, familiarity with Shopify Admin API, knowledge of Node.js, Vite, or Remix, SEO optimization for headless storefronts, experience with CMS like Sanity, Contentful, or Prismic, Shopify Plus and multi-storefront management experience. In terms of soft skills, you should demonstrate excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and within a team environment. Previous Agile/Scrum development experience would be advantageous for this role.,
