About The Role We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in building modern, responsive web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React. You will be responsible for translating UI/UX designs into clean, interactive, and accessible web pages while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React Convert Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch UX designs into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS code Implement interactive UI components while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver high-quality web solutions Maintain code quality, documentation, and version control (Git) to ensure scalability and maintainability Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalabili Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS (SASS/LESS), and JavaScript (ES6+) Experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, Redux, etc) Ability to convert Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch designs into high-quality UI components Familiarity with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility best practices Hands-on experience with Git version control and collaboration workflows Good understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, etc.) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail (ref:hirist.tech),
