Job Title : Senior React Developer Location : Bangalore onsite Experience : 5 to 8 years Employment Type : Full-time About The Role We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior React.js Developer to join our dynamic tech team in Bangalore. In this role, you will take ownership of frontend architecture and development, working with modern technologies including React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance web applications and play a key role in shaping our frontend strategy. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript Lead UI architecture decisions and contribute to technical roadmaps Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers Ensure high performance and responsiveness across a range of devices and browsers Write clean, reusable, and scalable code following best practices Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a culture of excellence Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Required Skills 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in frontend development Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 Experience with SSR (Server-Side Rendering), SSG (Static Site Generation), and dynamic routing in Next.js Solid understanding of REST APIs, state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand), and asynchronous programming Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (ref:hirist.tech),
