Job Description
As a Lead Developer specializing in React Native, you will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture of large-scale React Native applications. With 7+ years of extensive experience in mobile application development, including at least 5 years in React Native, you will bring deep expertise in React Native framework fundamentals, component lifecycle, hooks, and performance optimization techniques. Your Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field provides you with the foundational knowledge necessary for this role. In this position, you will leverage your strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, along with your extensive experience with state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or React Context API. Your understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, responsive design, and platform-specific guidelines for iOS and Android will be crucial in delivering high-quality user experiences. Your responsibilities will also include integrating with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and managing asynchronous data flows. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on native module development for platform-specific functionalities when required, using iOS Swift/Objective-C and Android Java/Kotlin. Your role will require a solid knowledge of mobile application security best practices and familiarity with modern build tools, package managers (npm/Yarn), and bundling tools (Webpack). Experience with version control systems like Git, automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library, Detox, and Appium, and CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications (e.g., Jenkins, Fastlane, Azure DevOps, Bitrise) will be beneficial in this position. Your exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills will be put to use in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum development environment. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences will be essential in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
