Responsibilities: - Design and develop advanced UI components and features using React. - Mentor junior developers, fostering best practices in React development. - Implement complex state management solutions to manage data flow efficiently. - Work closely with UX/UI designers to refine and implement designs. - Optimize application performance, including load times and resource usage. - Participate in strategic planning for application features and architecture. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to React best practices. Additional Responsibilities: - Advanced proficiency in React, including hooks, context, and performance optimization techniques. - Experience with server-side rendering, static site generation, or tools like Next.js. - In-depth understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them. - Knowledge of modern build pipelines and tools like Webpack, Babel, or Parcel. - Familiarity with CI/CD practices for front-end applications. - Strong debugging skills and experience with various developer tools. - Knowledge of progressive web app (PWA) technologies.
