Job Description
Role Overview We are seeking a motivated R&D Intern with a M.E. in Structural Engineering to join our dynamic research team. As an intern, you will work closely with a senior R&D engineer specializing in the design, optimization, and validation of precast structural elements and dry connections. This position provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in advanced structural analysis, experimental research, and practical application of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools within innovative R&D projects. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design, optimization, and detailing of precast structural elements and dry connections under the guidance of the senior R&D engineer. Development of Finite Element Models (FEM) for structural analysis using industry-standard FEA software. Participate in planning and conducting experimental investigations to validate simulation results and assess the performance of precast systems. Collect, analyze, and interpret simulation data; prepare technical documentation and presentations for internal discussions. Stay updated on relevant codes, standards, and advancements in precast and structural engineering. Required Qualifications and Skills M.E. in Structural Engineering (completed or currently pursuing). Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software mainly in ABAQUS and ANSYS. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, research-driven environment and follow technical guidance from senior engineers. Stipend: INR 15,000/Month This internship offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to the advancement of industrialized construction.
