Job Description
The role involves carrying out experiments and research as per protocols provided by the R&D Head and Research Associate. You will be responsible for developing new products based on briefs from the HOD and preparing protocols for experiments and research in consultation with the HOD. It will be your duty to collect and log experimental data, maintain laboratory equipment and inventory, and assist the main researcher in various tasks supporting research activities. Additionally, you will be required to maintain R&D department documents, certificates, and reports. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing production and testing protocols for the production and quality control department for new products. Your tasks will include setting up and operating lab equipment and instruments, as well as assisting in the implementation of products from lab scale to production. The ideal candidate for this position is a fresher with an MSc in Chemistry or Biochemistry. As part of the job benefits, you will receive cell phone reimbursement and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shifts and includes a yearly bonus. While prior work experience is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role.
