About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive (Female candidates only) to join our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling RASS (Recruitment as a Service) solutions over the phone. Prior experience in recruitment sales or telecalling-based B2B services will be a strong advantage.

• Drive core sales and inside sales efforts for RASS products and services
• Handle outbound calling to generate and qualify leads
• Present, promote, and sell recruitment solutions to B2B clients
• Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and maintain a strong sales score
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Maintain call records, sales pipeline, and client feedback

Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates only
• Experience: 02 years in inside sales or B2B recruitment sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Fluent in English and local languages preferred
• Comfortable with 100% calling profile (no fieldwork)
