Job Description

As a skilled Rasa Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining conversational AI solutions using Rasa's open-source framework. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining AI-driven chatbots and virtual assistants, implementing Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and dialogue management components, integrating chatbots with various platforms and APIs, conducting testing and optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, training and tuning machine learning models, creating technical documentation, and staying updated with the latest advancements in conversational AI. You should possess proven experience in developing conversational AI solutions using the Rasa framework, along with proficiency in Python programming, machine learning concepts, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required for this role. Your technical skills should include proficiency in Python, a strong understanding of Rasa Open Source and Rasa X, experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks, familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), experience with version control using Git, and knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. In addition to technical skills, soft skills such as problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the capacity to work independently and in a team, and proactive learning of new technologies are essential for this position. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience with other chatbot frameworks (e.g., Dialogflow, Botpress), knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and an understanding of UX/UI principles for conversational interfaces.,
