Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee high-loader operations and ensure safe transfer of meal trolleys and ULDs?[plus safety checks].
• Maintain records of flight activity, catering loads, incidents, and compliance reports.
• Confirm equipment is secured and matches flight load sheet specifications
•  Align catering schedules with flight plans to support on-time departures
• Ensure ramp agent, vehicle, and equipment readiness during turnarounds
• Track flight status and ramp workflows, adjust tasks as needed
• Flag delays, equipment malfunctions, or noncompliance events immediately.
