Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) provide vocational training to students in various technical and non-technical trades, preparing them for hands-on jobs across multiple sectors. After completing an ITI course, candidates have a wide range of job opportunities, both in the government and private sectors. Government job prospects include recruitment in Indian Railways (RRB, RRC), PSUs like BHEL, DRDO, ISRO, HAL, and departments like PWD, state electricity boards, and the armed forces, which frequently hire ITI trade apprentices and technicians. In the private sector, industries such as manufacturing, automobiles, construction, maintenance, and logistics offer roles to trades like electrician, fitter, welder, and diesel mechanic. Leading companies such as Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, and L&T are known to hire ITI graduates for shop floor and technician roles.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Passed 10th / 12th Exam with Science OR
• ITI in relevant trade OR
• Equivalent qualification from any recognized board/university/institution in India.

Salary / Stipend

In-Hand Stipend: ₹16,000/- to ₹30,000/- per month (as per apprenticeship norms).
